That was an obvious sign she had moved to the new music scene where she fit in. Even when she scaled back her style with the 2020's stripped-down sibling releases folklore and Evermore she remained atop the pop world a position that she maintained through re-recordings from her back catalog along with Midnights which was her top-charting synthesizer 2022 set.
