Ashley Madekwe, who was born on 6 December 1980 in the United Kingdom, is an English actor. She is famous for her parts as a call-girl Bambi in the ITV2 show Secret Diary of a Call Girl, social climber Ashley Davenport on the ABC drama series Revenge and the Witch Tituba as part of Salem, the WGN America series Salem.Madekwe was born in South London, England into the family of a mixed race. Her father, who is a Nigerian Swiss citizen, and her mother, a Nigerian-Swiss national are both English. Her family was on the south London Council Estate. She attended The Brit School aged 14. The Royal Academy of Dramatic Art was where she received the BA in acting. She was on stage in numerous productions during her time at school including the King Henry V, as Princess Katherine and Wuthering Heights, as Catherine Earnshaw. Madekwe started her acting career with the movie Storm Damage. Since then she's made guest appearances for Teachers, Doctors Casualty Drop Dead Gorgeous. Her debut film as a performer is her role in the Woody Allen 2007 movie Cassandra's Dream. She starred opposite Colin Farrell & Ewan MacGregor. In the following year she was chosen to play Elisha in a BBC Three drama series pilot called West 10 LDN. Additionally, she appeared in Trexx as well as Flipside for six episodes, portraying the role of Ollie. In 2008, the actress was cast in Bambi, the lead role on ITV2's show Secret Diary of a Call Girl. Madekwe also played the lead character in How to lose friends & alienate people that was released from Sony Pictures Entertainment 2008. She has performed as a character in Little Sweet Thing, by Roy Williams, and Flight Path which was written directed by David Watson.
Madekwe's US debut came in 2009 with The drama The Beautiful Life. The show aired just two episodes before it was cancelled on The CW. Ashley Davenport appeared in ABC's Revenge as Ashley Davenport. Madekwe had appeared on all of the episodes of the series' first two seasons in a role that was regular. In late may 2013, the news came out that she would quit the show after appearing in a guest appearance on the first episode of the season. From 2014 through 2016Madekwe appeared on Salem on the show as Tituba.
Madekwe, her longtime companion, Iddo, married Madekwe in June 2012. They collaborated in the film Secret Diary of a Call Girl. Goldberg was also a part-time actor alongside Madekwe on Salem.

Ashley Mae Sebera (better known as Dana Brooke) is a professional wrestler who competes for World Wrestling Entertainment. Sebera earned a Bachelor's Degree of Fashion Design, merchandise from Kent State University in 2011 along with a minor in Business Administration. Sebera was a participant with a number of sports including diving, before returning to gymnastics. Sebera was forced to stop training after suffering severe ankle injuries following 18 years of practice. Sebera began to train as a bodybuilder and fitness competitor. Sebera took home championships between 2010 and 2011 at National Physique Committee contests. In 2012, she earned the professional status and began participating in the International Federation of BodyBuilding & Fitness. Sebera was signed by WWE in 2013, and she made her WWE debut in 2014 under the name Dana Brooke. Her WWE NXT debut was in 2016 after three years spent training and participating in WWE NXT shows. Aside from professional wrestling, she maintained a presence in bodybuilding, returning in 2017 for the Arnold's Classic, competing in the fitness world category.

Ashley Martelle's most acclaimed works include Best Friend (2023) and Tales (2017).
