Paula Patton has a distinguished career as an actor as well as a producer and director. She is most well-known for her role as a lead actress as a character in Mission: Impossible: Ghost Protocol. Her early years were lived living in Los Angeles where she came from a middle class family. The idea of instilling a love for films within her daughter was a skill that she learned from her mother, who was also a fan of movies. Paula participated in co-curricular school events, and she particularly enjoyed drama. She played with her classmates and was a part of the school's plays. She performed in numerous productions at her high school Hamilton Magnet Arts High School and then decided to pursue acting as a profession. As a student in a summer camp in the University of Southern California, she was awe-inspiring there. She received a 3-month contract to make documentaries on PBS. After she had completed her three-month task successfully the first task was to work in production for documentaries on television. Then she moved on to producing documentaries. She loved her work but was determined to be an actor. Her career in acting started with a minor role alongside Will Smith in the romantic comedy Hitch. Her roles have since been seen in many films and TV shows.
